The Springs at Coal Creek Ranch is a community of six home designs with a total of 102 homes on 18 acres. Our homes are set along one main thoroughfare and smaller streets in a random pattern that contributes to the unique characteristics of the community. There are seven water features with some homes built around the ponds. Other homes look across the Coal Creek Golf Course. The Springs at Coal Creek Ranch was designed as a total integrated community. Every homeowner in The Springs is surrounded by a landscape of trees, shrubs, and grass that give the area a park-like appearance. HOA covenants are in place to maintain property and quality of life for the community residents.

Work has begun on cleaning out several of the ponds and repair the cracked beds to reduce water loss. Ponds 4 (bottom pool), 6, 7 & 8 will be cleaned and repaired this winter.
This fall, we’ve been focused on repairing the HOA driveways in the community. As the weather allows, you will be seeing additional work being performed in the neighborhood, including the repair of the sidewalk at the bottom of Springs Drive.
The final leaf cleanup effort is scheduled for November 14th.
2025 has been the year of maintaining our 400+ trees. This work included removing dead or dying trees, cutting back limbs and grinding down stumps. Look for our Arborist – Augustine Trees to finish up the year over the next few weeks of November/December.
